About Alex
“My favorite work is helping people feel understood — and feel capable in everyday life.”
Let Me Introduce Myself
Great to meet you — I go by Alex. I’m passionate about helping individuals and families engage more fully in the activities and experiences that make life meaningful to them. My approach is compassionate and relationship-centered, and it always starts with each person’s unique strengths, interests, and potential.
I’m Alex Hoke, OTR/L, an occupational therapist who specializes in sensory processing and the emotional regulation that comes with it. We all meet barriers in everyday tasks — at home, at work, at school, and in our communities — and some of those barriers come from physiological differences that often go undetected. I help you uncover them, so the “tricky” parts of daily life begin to feel better — even great.
